EHC Assessment and Review Team

The EHC Assessment and Review Team is responsible for carrying out statutory Education, Health and Care needs assessments for children and young people with high needs aged 0 to 25 years.
The needs of these children and young people are complex and significant and for most of them it is appropriate following the assessment to issue an Education, Health and Care Plan.
What we do
We liaise closely with parents, education settings and a range of services involved with children and young people to ensure that the provision made for those with Education, Health and Care Plans is both co-ordinated and matched to their need.
