Transition Information Network (TIN)

About

Transition Information Network (TIN) is an alliance of organisations and individuals who come together with a common aim to improve the experience of disabled young people’s transition to adulthood. TIN is a source of information and good practice standards for disabled young people, families and professionals.

TIN is based at the Council for Disabled Children, the umbrella body for the disabled children's sector. The Council for Disabled Children is hosted by the National Children's Bureau.

Advice to disabled young people and families

Please note that we do not have a helpline and we are not resourced to provide advice to disabled young people and their families.

We recommend Contact helpline on 0808 808 3555. Contact provides advice, information and support to parents of all disabled children.

You can also contact your local advice service Rochdale SENDiass on 01706 769634.
