Education, Health and Care (EHC) Assessment and Review Team
About
The EHC Assessment and Review Team is responsible for carrying out EHC needs assessments for children and young people with high needs aged 0 to 25 years.
We liaise closely with parents, education settings and a range of services to ensure the provision made for those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) is both co-ordinated and matched to their need.
To apply for an EHC assessment or review for your child see Education, Health and Care Plans and Assessment
Meet the team
A local authority education and healthcare team is a group of people who work together to help kids who need extra help with their learning or health. They make plans to make sure these kids get the right support at school and with their health needs. This team includes teachers, doctors, and other experts who care about helping these kids do well and feel good.
Thank you to our lovely children and young people of Rochdale borough, who drew these amazing pictures of our team.
