About

We are a Greater Manchester charity that supports young people aged 11 to 25 year olds with their emotional wellbeing and mental health, promoting choice and creativity.

What we do

We offer a range of individual therapeutic support and encourage and support young people to have a voice, and access opportunities to learn, develop new skills, be creative, have fun and demonstrate to themselves and others that they are able to recover, manage their mental health and wellbeing and achieve their full potential.

More details about service availability across Greater Manchester and age ranges for each service can be found in Referrals on our website (external link).
