Moving On Service (Adult Care)
The service operates from the Moving On Service in Alkrington, Middleton it is a drop in service for people aged 19 years plus with a physical/sensory impairment living in the Rochdale Borough.

What we do
The main focus is to empower individuals to live an active and socially inclusive life, through accessing the activities and the information advice and guidance on offer.

Referral to the service can be self referral or from other agencies. Please see our referral form under "downloads".
Individuals referred are offered a home visit in order to identify learning and life goals.
