Apollo Sports Camp

A multi-sports camp that runs during the school holidays, held at Kingsway Park High School.

We are an inclusive sports camp that provides a range of sports and activities delivered by experienced and highly qualified coaches.

We plan and design every session to develop children’s sporting skills alongside a wider range of transferable skills such as teamwork, confidence and resilience. Our aim is to facilitate activity on our camps; to provide opportunities and the knowledge for children to be active in other areas of their lives whilst promoting accountability in relation to children leading health active lifestyles.

How many coaches will be on camp?

We work off a ratio of children to staff.

Ages 5 to 6 will have ratio of one member of staff to eight children.

Ages 7 to 8 will have ratio of one member of staff to twelve children.

Ages 9 to 10 will have ratio of one member of staff to sixteen children.

Ages 11+ will have ratio of one member of staff to twenty children.

This is to ensure our younger campers get the attention and care they need, whilst the older ones have a little more independence.
