About
Rochdale and District Scope work with local people with any form of cerebral palsy. The aim is to provide them with choice, flexibility and equality, to have the same human and civil rights as everyone else.
What we do
The aims of this site are as follows:
- Raise the profile of the Rochdale and District Group.
- Encourage new membership, especially of younger people.
- Promote the activities and benefits of membership.
- Increase public awareness and promote disability rights.
- Encourage all concerned with disability issues to make known their views.
- Encourage Group income, via donations and corporate sponsorship.
- Provide information on relevant matters within Rochdale, as well as regionally and nationally.
- To be clear, concise, and attractive to use.
- To provide useful links, to other sites, in particular to: www.scope.org.uk (external link)
