Meadows Care offers therapeutic residential placements to young people with complex needs.
Meadows Care looks after children and young people who cannot remain in their family homes and need specialised care. The care we provide is delivered in partnership with our young people, with their local authorities and with the community.
We have an amazing staff team who care for our young people 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Staff are our best asset and we value their hard work, dedication to the young people and commitment to the company.
We pride ourselves on following a collaborative approach to support young people with some of the most complex needs in society. Priority is given to change and transition planning between services, placements and key stages in a young person’s life.
We have specially trained teams to support and develop young people with some of the following needs:
- Social, emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Sexualised behaviour
- Missing from home
- Gang association
- Chronic trauma and developmental difficulties
- CSE involvement
- Mental health
- Substance misuse
We offer a complete package of care, therapy and education if required. We run small homes for just 1, 2, 3 or 4 young people, with high staffing ratios to provide the care and support required. We are based across the North West of England and in the Midlands.
We ideally provide long term placements but we can accept emergency or short term placements if appropriate, based upon our impact assessment and matching assessment in the home.
