Together Trust
About
The together trust is one of leading disability charities. We help children, adults, parents and carers, delivering individual care, support and education to thousands of people each year.
What we do
At the Together Trust, our vision is a society where people thrive because they are valued within their communities. We have been championing and caring for people with disabilities, autism and complex health needs. We provide life-changing support for looked-after children and care-experienced people.
We’re proud to offer warm and nurturing homes for children and young people. We support children with learning and complex needs, as well as young people who are at risk or who may have experienced trauma.
Foster carers make a huge difference to young people’s lives. We provide support and training so our foster carers can provide warm, nurturing homes for those who need them.
We offer a range of flexible community services for young people and adults with autism, a learning disability or complex health needs.
We have learning environments, supporting age 5 to 25 years providing individual learning plans.
We offer therapeutic services for families including sleep services for young people with autism, therapeutic support for schools and training for professionals.
