We have various activities, clubs and groups for children and young people with individual needs.
Rochdale Short Breaks
Children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities aged 0-18 are eligible for a short break. A short break gives a child or young person the opportunity to spend time away from their family, taking part in leisure activities or simply relaxing. Families in turn get a break from their caring responsibilities.
Fresh holiday club is for children with mild to moderate additional needs. Delivered in a fun and safe environment by understanding staff.
Children and young people can access two sessions per week for each school holiday period (10 hours per week).
Venues: Heywood Sports Village (Tuesday) and Rochdale Leisure Centre (Wednesday).
Activities: Activities include swimming, cycling, archery, tennis, cricket, water activities and much more!
**Activities are subject to change based on weather conditions**
