The Priory Hospital Altrincham, in Greater Manchester is an independent adult and adolescent hospital, specialising in the management and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions and addictions.

What we do

The Cheshire hospital has residential facilities for 47 patients, as well as day care and outpatient services.

Our highly experienced team is able to treat a variety of mental health problems and includes, consultant psychiatrists, therapists, counsellors, nurses and support staff.

Our staff team has the expertise and experience to treat most acute mental health conditions.  These include:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Post traumatic stress disorder
  • Obsessive compulsive states
  • Eating disorders
  • All major acute psychiatric illnesses

Treatment is provided on an inpatient, day care and outpatient basis.
