Open Young Minds Project

The Open Young Minds Project helps young people from age 12 to 21, who live in Heywood, Middleton or Rochdale.
What we do
As a community mental health service we focus on providing you with the opportunities to develop and grow the skills, knowledge and experiences that allow you to take control of your issues, with the support of a wellbeing coordinator in an equal relationship.
How it works
We offer one to one services and group services, to access our services you need to complete a referral form which can be found on our website. When we receive your completed form we will contact you (within 2 weeks) and ask you to come in and meet us to discuss our offer in more detail.
You will be allocated an Open Young Minds wellbeing coordinator who will guide you through all the groups and activities we have to offer and help you understand what we have that will improve things for you.
