Watergrove Parkrun
Watergrove parkrun is a free 5km run which takes place every week. It is organised by volunteers, all abilities are welcome, you can run, jog, walk or volunteer. You can take part in the run from 4 years old, but under 11s must be accompanied by an adult.
How to join
To join the Watergrove parkrun you need to register online, once registered, you remain registered for life. You can turn up at any parkrun anywhere, without having to re-register.
You need to print a copy of your barcode and bring it with you to the run. If you forget to bring your barcode with you, you will still be able to run but you won't get a time.
