Providing services for people with disabilities and their carers. We are an independent and comprehensive information and floating support service and support to ensure people live safely and maintain a good standard of health and lifestyle within their communities.

What we do

We provide information on:

  • Disability related benefits
  • Leisure
  • Activities
  • Housing related support

We also provide short breaks service on Saturdays and provide sessions for 8 to 14 years, 14 to 19 years and 19 years upwards.

How we can support you?

We aim to:

  • To develop and support opportunities to participate in their communities, primarily for people with learning disabilities, who live in the Rochdale Borough area and adjacent to the Rochdale Borough area.

  • To provide a base offering social, cultural and educational opportunities.

  • To meet directly the needs of people with learning disabilities, their families, carers and friends, by their involvement at all levels throughout the organisation in the decision-making process.

  • To actively promote the right of all individuals, whatever the type or degree of disability to be respected and involved as equal members of society.

  • To provide a facility for other organisations and groups who wish to include people with learning disabilities in their activities.

  • To raise awareness of the positive contribution of people with learning disabilities within the community.

  • To support younger people with learning disabilities during transition.

Choose from our delicious fresh home made soup of the day, fresh sandwiches, leafy salads, hot jacket potatoes and daily specials.

Open Monday to Friday 10am to 1.30pm.
