Crossroads Together

We support hundreds of families across Greater Manchester by offering practical care and support in the home; this can be from an hour to overnight, weekends or a full week’s support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What we do
During our visits we can help with preparation of meals, feeding, washing and bathing and help with some light domestic tasks. All our staff are also trained in prompting and giving medication, and trained in specialist health tasks. Our staff are trained to take you and your loved one out into the community to do the things they like to do, for example, visit a park, attend a community event, go to the cinema or attend a doctor/hospital appointment.
We can also help with temporary support through a period of convalescence or recuperation when returning from hospital, providing intensive support to help with re-enablement.
Our services
We provide support for carers of all ages who care for people of all ages. Our team can provide care for people with any illness or disability including:
- Adults with physical disabilities.
- Older people.
- People with mental health problems.
- Those suffering with all stages of dementia.
- Children with physical disabilities and complex health needs.
- People with learning disabilities.
Yes, our support is tailored to meet the needs of each individual, whatever they might be, in order to relieve the carer of their responsibilities to enable them to take a break.
Day trips for children - Rochdale
We provide group activities for disabled children aged 3 to 18 years during the school holidays and occasional weekends. We provide special adapted transport for our days out.
