Dawn Griffiths

I have been a childminder for 24 years. I offer a safe, secure, stimulating environment in which children can thrive and meet their individual potential. I work with parents to meet children's needs and interests and can offer advice.

I promote every child's self-esteem. I give every child the right to be an individual and the opportunity to be part of a team. I can offer continuity and often have minded children from babies to school and even high school. I keep up to date with legislation and new childcare policies and regularly attend training courses which enables me to work with other childcare professionals.
