True Serenity is now known as Well-being which is part of Castleton Health and Leisure CIC, a not for profit organisation.

We have a wide variety of treatments available, all aimed at bringing about stress relief and balance to your life.

What we do

All treatments are performed by qualified, self employed and experienced practitioners who specialise in their chosen field. We also have some beautiful and unique gifts available from our gift shop.

The Centre brings together a variety of professionals who share a belief in the importance of Holistic Health, Education and Wellbeing.

We provide a wide range of services, classes, training, education and workshops.
