Families Need Fathers

About

FNF is the leading UK charity supporting dads, mums and grandparents to have personal contact and meaningful relationships with their children following parental separation. Families Need Fathers is firstly a social care organisation,  helping parents whose children's relationship with them is under threat.

What we do

Families Need Fathers seeks to obtain, for the children, the best possible blend of both parents in the lives of children; enough for the children to realise both parents are fully involved in their lives. Legally, parents should be of equal status.

Responsibilities and obligations, caring and financial, should be fairly shared between the parents.

We offer information, advice and support services helping parents to achieve a positive outcome for their children.

Manchester branch meeting

We've found it helps for parents to talk to others who are in a similar situation and are able to share their experiences.

Our members can talk to and support each other directly, share their experiences and provide help.

You may be looking for others to talk to, or need help of specific sorts - this is especially useful if you are going through a court process, as many of our members choose to represent themselves with the support of other FNF members.

Address: The Malt Shovels, 68 Stamford St, Altrincham, WA14 1EY.

Time/date: We meet at 7pm to 9pm on the first Tuesday of every month.
