Fab Dance Centre

Children's dance classes are for ages 18 months and upwards. We specialise in disco, street and Latin. We have examinations twice a year with the progression into competitions.

The classes we provide are:

• Boogie bounce xtreme - Dance routines on mini trampolines with a handle for support and a fantastic toning section at the end of your cardio workout.
• Boogie bounce revolution - Circuit training incorporating the trampolines as the cardio aspect.
• HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training.
• Step up 2 dance - Dance routines incorporating the step boxes.
• Ball and stability - Working on core strength and balance.
• Total fit - Non cardio workout toning bums, legs, tums and arms. Using weights and kettle bells.
